Advisory by service
We are not a document-running agency only. We are an advisory practice for cross-border documentation, with 15+ years of combined experience — advice comes before any filing.

Notary Public advisory
We start from the destination, not the stamp. Our Lawyers Council of Thailand–registered Notarial Services Attorneys, with 15+ years of combined cross-border practice, advise on declaration wording, signing authority and the correct order of downstream legalization steps.
Apostille / consular legalization advisory
Thailand's accession to the Hague Apostille Convention takes effect on 28 February 2027. Until then documents travel through Department of Consular Affairs legalization plus destination embassy attestation. We advise which route your case should take, and when to start.
Certified translation advisory
Most rejected translations are not linguistically wrong — they carry the wrong certification format. We advise which translation standard your case needs, who must certify it, and where it goes next.
Visa document advisory
We never guarantee an embassy or immigration outcome. What we control is the bundle: complete, correctly certified and internally consistent — the part that most often decides the result.
Corporate cross-border advisory
Corporate packs for foreign bank accounts, branch registration, tenders and KYC usually fail on signing authority and certification order. We design the whole bundle before the first signature.
Marriage and family advisory
Thai–foreign cases must satisfy two legal systems at once. We sequence everything from the embassy affirmation of freedom to marry, through certified translation, to district registration and onward use abroad.
Work permit document advisory
Work permit outcomes are decided by consistency across three bundles: employer records, employee records and foreign qualification evidence. With 15+ years of practice we reconcile all three before filing, reducing document requests and queue slippage.
Academic credential advisory
Transcripts, degrees and enrolment letters are most often rejected because the certification format does not match what the university or credential evaluator requires. We check the destination institution's rules case by case before any translation begins.
Power of attorney advisory
A cross-border power of attorney must be specific enough for the receiving authority to accept, yet narrow enough to protect the grantor. We draft and review the wording before the signing appointment.
Police clearance advisory
Police clearance certificates support visas, work permits and overseas employment, and every destination sets its own validity window and certification format. We time the application so the certificate is still valid on the day you actually file.
Legal interpreting advisory
Interpreting in a legal setting differs from general interpreting: wording carries legal effect and must stay consistent with the documents already filed. We plan interpreting and document translation as one package so terminology never conflicts.
Estate document advisory
When assets or heirs sit in different countries, estate matters turn on proof of relationship, status and authority — certified correctly on both sides. We sequence the documents so banks and foreign authorities do not send them back.
