Academic credential advisory
Transcripts, degrees and enrolment letters are most often rejected because the certification format does not match what the university or credential evaluator requires. We check the destination institution's rules case by case before any translation begins.

Advisory scope
- Verify the certification format required by the destination university or evaluator
- Sequence certified translation, attorney certification, consular and embassy steps as needed
- Reconcile name, date of birth and student ID across every document
- Advise on sealed envelopes and institution-to-institution dispatch
What you receive
- An application checklist specific to the destination institution
- Certified translations in the accepted format
- High-resolution PDFs for online application portals
- Dispatch guidance and a timeline against the application deadline
How we work
1. Identify the destination
Institution, programme and application deadline
2. Check the requirements
Compare the published certification rules against the documents you hold
3. Translate and certify
Execute translation and downstream certification in the correct order
4. Pre-dispatch review
Spelling and completeness checked before upload or courier
5. Post-submission support
We prepare supplementary documents if the institution asks
Common pitfalls
- A transcript name spelled differently from the passport
- An institution that only accepts documents sent directly by the issuing university
- Translations without the prescribed certification format
- Starting later than the legalization chain allows
Do it yourself vs delegate
Do it yourself when
If the institution accepts uploads without further certification, you can handle it yourself.
Delegate to us when
Where multiple certification layers, several institutions or a near deadline are involved, let us sequence and execute everything.
Frequently asked questions
Must every transcript page be translated?
Usually yes, including the grading-scale page, because evaluators rely on it for comparison.
Are copies of the degree accepted?
Many institutions accept certified true copies; some require originals or sealed envelopes.
How early should we start?
At least 3–6 weeks before the deadline when a legalization chain is involved.
Do English-issued Thai documents need translation?
Generally no, but they may still require certification before use abroad.
Can you contact the issuing university?
We can advise and draft the request letter; issuance remains the institution's decision.
What if documents are requested later?
We prepare and certify only the additional items needed.
