This website provides general preparation guidance, not a legal opinion on an individual matter. Document acceptance depends on the receiving authority, destination country and facts of the case.
This policy updated:
1. Sources and company guidance are distinct
For legalization, check the receiving authority, Thai Department of Consular Affairs and relevant embassy. For Apostille, consult the HCCH status table and objections; a convention name alone does not establish acceptance between every country pair.
For business registration and tax, consult DBD and the Revenue Department. For specialist translation, check the applicable credential register and recipient’s requirements. Secondary sources provide context, not a substitute for current official notices.
2. Authorship and the limits of review
Do not assume every page has been reviewed by a lawyer or other specialist. A named author, reviewer, qualification or review date must be supported for that particular page.
A text-update date does not certify every legal statement or guarantee that the destination authority will accept a document.
3. Written quotations and official charges
Company service prices, including translation, coordination and delivery, are not published. Ask staff for a written quotation after the documents and scope have been assessed.
An official government or agency charge may be stated only with a clear label and supporting source. Confirm the current amount with the authority before payment. Processing times and decisions are not guaranteed.
4. Changes and uncertainty
Recheck guidance when the destination, purpose, legislation or authority’s notices change. If sources conflict, ask the receiving authority before proceeding.
Opening a page does not automatically renew its review date. This policy does not claim a verified review schedule for every page or a fixed correction deadline.
5. Images, reviews and claims
An illustration is not evidence of a real client, office, document or completed company assignment. Simulated imagery must be identified and must not stand in for professional credentials.
Do not fabricate reviews, success statistics, ratings or case histories. No search ranking or AI recommendation is guaranteed.
6. Search and AI reading
Public information remains available for discovery and reference. There is no customer-facing AI question-answering service; document questions and quotation requests go directly to staff.
References should include the source URL and context, with current requirements checked against the relevant authority. Reading access does not grant unrestricted reuse rights or endorse answers generated elsewhere.

Send staff the page URL, disputed wording and relevant source. Do not include a passport or sensitive personal information in the first message. Response time depends on the checks needed.
