Online filing with the Revenue Department and DBD

The office files returns online with the Revenue Department and DBD on your company's behalf. We verify entries and retain proof of filing; correctness is assessed by the officials, and we do not guarantee the outcome.

Work we accept

  • File tax returns online via the Revenue Department's e-Filing (PP.30, PND.1, PND.50, PND.51, PND.90)
  • File DBD forms such as financial-statement submission, auditor appointment and registration forms
  • Verify data before filing
  • Retain filing receipts and proof
  • Track deadlines and results
  • Prepare documents to amend incorrectly filed returns

What we do not do

  • Guaranteeing the official's assessment outcome
  • Signing on the owner's behalf where law forbids
  • Accessing the company's online accounts without authorisation

Documents to prepare

  • Financial statements and trial balance
  • Tax invoices and supporting documents
  • Tax computation schedules
  • Tax ID and e-Filing credentials
  • DBD documents: shareholder minutes and auditor-signed statements
  • Authorisation evidence for the filer

How the work proceeds

  1. 1.Verify data before filing

We verify figures and documents against the e-Filing and DBD systems.

  2. 2.File online

We file via the relevant system within deadlines and keep filing references.

  3. 3.Retain proof and receipts

We retain receipts and proof for the statutory period.

  4. 4.Track and report

We track the official assessment and report to management.

  5. 5.Amend incorrect filings

We prepare documents to amend incorrect filings per the agency's process.

Statutory deadlines

  • PP.30 is due by the 15th (or 23rd e-filed) of the following month.
  • PND.1 is due by the 7th (or 15th) of the following month.
  • PND.50 is due within 150 days of the financial year-end.
  • Financial statements are filed with the DBD within 5 months of the year-end.

Before you decide

  • Wrong or late filings carry surcharges and penalties.
  • Filing proof must be kept for at least 5 years.
  • e-Filing access requires the business owner's authorisation.
  • We do not guarantee the official assessment outcome.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if e-Filing is late?

Surcharges and penalties under the Revenue Code apply. We plan to meet deadlines, but timing is shared with the owner.

Must we use the company's e-Filing account?

Yes. We file under the company's registered account once authorised.

Can the office file DBD forms on our behalf?

Yes, for forms the law permits, with an authorisation letter. We prepare and file them.

What if a filing was wrong?

We file an amendment per the agency's process and coordinate on your behalf.

How long is filing proof kept?

At least 5 years under the Revenue Code. We retain it and report to management.

Which DBD form do financial statements use?

The DBD financial-statement form with the auditor-signed copy. We prepare the complete pack.

Can the office access our online accounts?

Only with written authorisation, which we retain, complying with data-protection law.

How are e-filing fees quoted?

In writing based on form count and frequency; no fixed price before seeing the work.
