What to tell us in your first message

The faster we can see the document and its destination, the more precise our answer is. Please include:

• The document type (affidavit, power of attorney, degree certificate, company document, passport copy and so on).
• The country and the authority that will receive it — requirements differ between embassies, universities and courts.
• Whether the receiving side asked for notarisation only, or also Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation or embassy legalisation.
• Which city you are in, and whether you need an in-office appointment or a remote process.

We confirm the route, the documents required and the fee for your specific case in writing before starting. Fees and processing times depend on the document, the destination country and the authority involved, so we quote case by case rather than publishing a fixed list.
