Un point de rendez-vous en station est-il un bureau ?
Non. Nos bureaux sont uniquement à Bangkok, Khon Kaen et Udon Thani ; les stations et centres commerciaux sont des lieux de rendez-vous.
Peut-on certifier sans être présent ?
L'identité du signataire doit être vérifiée : la présence est requise, en personne ou par visioconférence pour certains documents, avec envoi des originaux ensuite.
Travaillez-vous le week-end ?
