Procuration en Thaïlande est effectuée par un avocat Notarial Services Attorney inscrit au Barreau thaïlandais. Le document est reconnu à l’étranger après légalisation par le MFA thaïlandais et l’ambassade du pays destinataire. La Convention Apostille entrera en vigueur pour la Thaïlande le 28 février 2027 ; jusque-là, la chaîne consulaire actuelle reste obligatoire.
