Xác thực chữ ký tại Thái Lan được thực hiện bởi luật sư có tư cách Notarial Services Attorney thuộc Đoàn Luật sư Thái Lan. Tài liệu có hiệu lực ở nước ngoài sau khi hợp pháp hóa tại Bộ Ngoại giao Thái Lan và đại sứ quán quốc gia đến.
