3. पहचान सत्यापन
वकील पासपोर्ट या थाई पहचान-पत्र जाँचते हैं; कंपनियों के लिए हालिया DBD अभिलेख और हस्ताक्षर अधिकार का प्रमाण।

4. हस्ताक्षर व प्रमाणन
आप वकील के सामने हस्ताक्षर करते हैं; वे नोटरी रजिस्टर में प्रविष्टि कर मुहर और हस्ताक्षर लगाते हैं — प्रमाणित अनुवाद पूर्ण।

5. सत्यापन व सुपुर्दगी
आवश्यक होने पर विदेश मंत्रालय और दूतावास से सत्यापन कराकर दस्तावेज़ स्वयं या कूरियर से सौंपे जाते हैं।

नहीं। हस्ताक्षर नोटरी वकील की उपस्थिति में होना चाहिए, अन्यथा प्रमाणित अनुवाद मान्य नहीं होगी।
